Learning & Development Business Partner conducts learning and development activities and assists in developing strategies and designs for organizational development, talent and performance management, employee engagement and change management functions. Coordinates learning initiatives around a continuous cycle of needs analysis, design, project management, delivery, and evaluation.

Learning & Development Business Partner II is responsible for SAWS’ learning and development activities for all employees. Develops strategies and designs for organizational development, talent and performance management, employee engagement and change management functions. Manages learning initiatives around a continuous cycle of needs analysis, design, project management, delivery, and evaluation. Helps lead culture change through processes that support organizational learning including the continual enhancement of our performance evaluation process.
The
