This position is Department Promotional Only and only open to those employees who are working within the Colusa County Treasurer-Tax Collector Office.

What's this Job All About?
Under general direction, employees in this class plan, direct, evaluate, and participate in the work of an office support unit responsible for account and statistical record-keeping activities in a manual or automated environment; establish and maintain minor administrative records; and perform related work as required.

Supervision & Examples of Duties

The Account Clerk Supervisor reports to the Treasurer-Tax Collector.

Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be:

One (1) year of full-time experience, or equivalent, performing advanced journey-level or lead worker office support work, involving the maintenance of fiscal and statistical records in an office environment

Some positions may require the ability to operate a computer and spreadsheet software.
